Welcome to Property Solutions

This beautiful island has some of the greatest views and probably the best climate in the world and as such, in 1987 the World Tourism Organisation decalred Lanzarote one of the six universal models of sustainable development and in 1994 it was declared a reserve of the Biosphere by UNESCO.

There are 4 main tourist resorts in Lanzarote, being Playa Blanca, Puerto Calero, Puerto Del Carmen & Costa Teguise.  Whilst these resorts are the main hives of the island there are many other rural villages away from the hustle and bustle of a holiday lifestyle, for instance Las Breñas, Uga, Nazaret, Tias, San Bartolome, Haria, Guime, Macher, Yaiza & El Golfo to name but a few.

For such a small island it has an abundance of activities to enjoy, whether it's sports based, around La Santa or chilling out and discovering the wonders of Lanzarote.  For example, the caves in the north (Jameos Del Agua & Cueva De Los Verdes) or the valley of a thousand palms near Haria or Mirador Del Rio overlooking La Graciosa and close to Orzola or possibily the National Park with the ever popular touristic hot spot of Timanfaya Volcano.  Whatever you age or relaxation preference, there is something for eveyone.
